Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These terms apply to the website iyugam.com, iYugam accounts and the Contact us form. By using the website or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our apps have their own terms, which apply when you use them, for example the ExiThreat Terms of Use.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or send us a message.

2. Your account

3. Using the Contact us form

4. Things you must not do

We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.

5. Our content

The website, its text, design, logo and the names iYugam, ProMic and ExiThreat belong to iYugam. You may view and share links to the website for personal, non-commercial use. Anything else needs our written permission.

6. Links to other sites

The website links to other sites, including our own apps' sites and Google Play. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for sites we do not run.

7. No guarantees

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or that the information on it is complete. Descriptions of our apps are a summary; each app's own listing and terms say exactly what it does.

The website is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number (112 in India).

8. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, iYugam is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will tell signed-in users on the website. Using the website after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please tell us about the problem through the Contact us form so we can try to resolve it.
